- Blueberries, chocolate chips, or savory toppings (optional mix-ins)
Steps
- 1 Prepare batter according to the box instructions (eggs, milk, oil/butter).
- 2 Let the batter sit 10 minutes to hydrate the GF flour.
- 3 Grease the tin or use liners. Fill each well 3/4 full.
- 4 Sprinkle blueberries, chocolate chips, or savory toppings on top of each muffin.
- 5 Bake at 350°F until the tops spring back or a toothpick comes out clean.
