Lemon Herb Chicken & Baby Carrots (Suvie 3.0)

Ingredients

Chicken (5)
  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • Olive oil
  • Dried oregano & thyme
  • Salt & pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
Carrots (3)
  • 1 bag baby carrots
  • Olive oil
  • Honey, for drizzling

Steps

  1. 1 Rub the chicken breasts with a mix of olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. 2 Toss the baby carrots in a separate bowl with olive oil and a drizzle of honey.
  3. 3 Place the chicken in Zone 1 (bottom) and the carrots in Zone 2 (top).
  4. 4 Select Roast at 375°F: chicken for 20 minutes, carrots for 25 minutes.
  5. 5 Start the carrots first; add the chicken pan when the timer has 20 minutes remaining.
