Ingredients

- 2 large chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- Dried oregano & thyme
- Salt & pepper
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
▸ Carrots (3)
- 1 bag baby carrots
- Olive oil
- Honey, for drizzling
Steps
- 1 Rub the chicken breasts with a mix of olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- 2 Toss the baby carrots in a separate bowl with olive oil and a drizzle of honey.
- 3 Place the chicken in Zone 1 (bottom) and the carrots in Zone 2 (top).
- 4 Select Roast at 375°F: chicken for 20 minutes, carrots for 25 minutes.
- 5 Start the carrots first; add the chicken pan when the timer has 20 minutes remaining.
