Classic baked beef and ricotta lasagna.

Ingredients

Meat Sauce (3)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar marinara/pasta sauce
  • Dried oregano
Cheese Filling (3)
  • 1 egg
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
Pasta (1)
  • Lasagna noodles

Steps

  1. 1 Brown the beef and add it to the hot sauce.
  2. 2 Stir oregano into the sauce.
  3. 3 Mix 1 egg with the ricotta cheese and the bag of mozzarella.
  4. 4 Layer: noodles, sauce, cheese, noodles, sauce, cheese… finishing with cheese.
  5. 5 Cover and bake 45 minutes at 375°F.
  6. 6 Take the foil off and bake 10 more minutes at 375°F.
