- Sirloin tips (cubed)
- Salt and pepper
- Minced garlic
- Butter, for finishing
▸ Potatoes (3)
- Fingerling potatoes (halved)
- Olive oil

Steps
- 1 Toss the halved potatoes in olive oil and salt. Place them in the Zone 1 (bottom) pan.
- 2 Place the steak tips on the roasting rack in the Zone 2 (top) pan. Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- 3 Select Roast at 425°F: potatoes for 25 minutes, steak tips for 12 minutes.
- 4 Start the potatoes first; slide the steak pan in when the potato timer has 12 minutes remaining.
- 5 For extra color, hit both pans with a 3-minute broil at the end. Toss the steak tips with a pat of butter before serving.
