Garlic Butter Steak Tips & Fingerling Potatoes (Suvie 3.0)

Ingredients

Steak Tips (4)
  • Sirloin tips (cubed)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Minced garlic
  • Butter, for finishing
Potatoes (3)
  • Fingerling potatoes (halved)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1 Toss the halved potatoes in olive oil and salt. Place them in the Zone 1 (bottom) pan.
  2. 2 Place the steak tips on the roasting rack in the Zone 2 (top) pan. Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. 3 Select Roast at 425°F: potatoes for 25 minutes, steak tips for 12 minutes.
  4. 4 Start the potatoes first; slide the steak pan in when the potato timer has 12 minutes remaining.
  5. 5 For extra color, hit both pans with a 3-minute broil at the end. Toss the steak tips with a pat of butter before serving.
