- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Heavy black pepper
- Garlic powder
Steps
- 1 Pat the filet cubes completely dry. Toss in a bowl with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- 2 Place the steak bites in a single layer on the air fry/roasting rack in the Zone 1 (Top) pan.
- 3 Select Air Fry at 400°F.
- 4 Cook 7–10 minutes; check at 7 minutes since filet is leaner, to keep it tender.
- 5 Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
